Founder and Creator of PS Cosmetics
Patricia Suzanne Oltean is president and owner of P.S. Cosmetics, Inc., a hypoallergenic, private label cosmetic line. Patricia was voted the “Best Makeup Artist in Detroit” by Detroit Monthly Magazine. She has had the honor of doing many famous celebrity faces, as well as political figures. Patricia has been the official makeup artist for the HBO comedy Jams featuring Howie Mandel and Dave Coulier, in which she was featured in cameo roles
Patricia is called upon by the talent and modeling agencies, to apply makeup for photographic and video work. She also does makeup for the local television stations and has 25 shows on her list of credits. She has had 40 appearances on talk shows demonstrating makeup and beauty tips, and was a regular guest on “The Sonya Show”, “Good Afternoon Detroit”, and “Kelly & Company”. Her portfolio contains work published in over thirty magazines.
Patricia enjoys all the different phases of her work, but enjoys doing private consultations the most. She schedules appointments, and teaches the client how to apply her makeup in order to best suit her lifestyle, wardrobe, personality, and coloring. She also does many special occasion and bridal party makeovers.
Patricia is available for consultations and makeovers at her studio in downtown Rochester and also at Felicia Salon in Birmingham.
